It has been a very long time since we have heard from rapper Asher Roth. Yet, since 2009 and his I Love College days, Roth has seemed to mature much. While promoting his new album, Roth released a visual to an oldie track called The World Is Never Enough. In the video, Roth has some compelling images, showing the growing violence that is going on in cities all over the world. With the multitude of shootings that have happened in the news lately, this track resonated with me.
This Inspirational Sunday, we can only hope that there is more to this world (whether during life or after death), that can bring more positivity and happiness than what most of us are experiencing now. Yet, no matter what we are going through, we must always remember that there is ALWAYS someone else who has it much worse.
As for Asher Roth, his sophomore album RetroHash will be released April 22 and features ZZ Ward and Vic Mensa!
