New Music: Therapy (PLUS Whole Damn Year) by Mary J. Blidge

whole damn year

Mary J. Blidge is not afraid to try something new and she is definitely doing this on her new sounds from The London Sessions. After releasing the Right Now, which is the first single from The London Sessions, Mary J. Blidge returns with two new singles, Therapy and Whole Damn Year.

Therapy gives off the London vibe reminiscent of Adele and the late Amy Winehouse. Blidge sings about replacing weekly sessions with the thought of being lonely.

Meanwhile, on Whole Damn Year, fans will be more familiar with that sound, as it sounds more R&B. Blidge sings about being broken from a failed relationship, that took her an entire year to get over and heal from. The London Sessions will not be out until December 2, but for now, you can pre-order the album here!
